• Energy savings dimming feature (from 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, to 90% dimming levels). Random 'vacation mode' setting.
• To ensure a proper installation your home should be no more than 2500 square feet and have only one breaker panel. A phase coupler is required in some home installations. Not intended for use in multi-dwelling (condo, apartment, duplex) units.

Schedule up to 99 events with the UPB Controller Scheduler-Timer, which will turn lights on and off at any scheduled time or even according to the sunrise or sunset in your area. Schedule a light to turn on gradually at your normal waking hour or set lights to turn on automatically when you're due home from work so you won't need to arrive home to a dark house. You can even select the "vacation" mode, which turns lights on and off at different times each day to simulate an occupied home. UPB-enabled switches or plug-in modules are required for each light to be controlled and are sold separately.
