The pads are 100% impermeable and can be used up to 100 times. After each application they have to be cleansed with water and a non-greasy soap, then they are immediately ready for reuse. <p> Application: 1. Apply RefectoCil SiliconePads with the glossy side onto the skin, directly below the eye lid and press them gently on the skin. 2. Apply the RefectoCil eyelash tint. 3. After the application time remove the eyelash tint directly on the silicone pads with a wet cotton swab. 4.
