What it does: RefectoCil Tint Remover is a colour stain remover and was developed to quickly and gently remove excess tint spots from the skin produced when tinting eyelashes and eyebrows. What else you need to know: CAUTION: Do not apply directly on the eyelashes or to the skin close to the eyes!
