The Rada Cutlery S53 Two Piece Knife Set is a gift set that all home cooks are sure to love.  Whatever sort of recipe is being prepared, these two knives have the cook covered, from cutting large meats to precise cutting of fruits and vegetables.  The set includes the Cook’s Utility Knife and Super Parer.  They come beautifully boxed with a form-fitted insert holding them securely in place.  The blades on the knives in this two piece knife set are made from surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel.  They are hand sharpened creating a razor sharp edge.  The hollow ground blades ensure a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention.  The handles on the knives in this two piece knife set are made from permanently cast, silver brushed aluminum with a satin finish.  These knives should not be washed in the dishwasher.  Handwashing is recommended.  Rada Mfg.
