The Rada Cutlery R119 Quick Edge Knife Sharpener is a quick and easy way to keep your knives sharp, which is important for all chefs.  A dull knife requires you to apply more pressure, which can be dangerous.  The hardened, high carbon stainless steel wheels intersect so you can sharpen both sides of the blade at the same time.  It comes with a black nylon base that is designed to be sturdy and durable.  Measuring 3-1/2 x 2 inches, this knife sharpener is compact enough to fit into any kitchen drawer.
