- Part One is a high energy 30-minute mat workout that is challenging and safe for all levels, targeting the abdominals, arms, thighs and buttocks.
- Mat and set of 1-3 lb. hand weights.The focus is on the flow of the routine with an emphasis on transitions, which connect each exercise from one to the next.Part Two is a 10-minute upper body workout utilizing 2–3 lb. hand weights for optimum results.
