Lifeline's revolutionary Jungle Gym XT lets you use your own body weight as a means of resistance for improving endurance and overall strength. Body weight exercises, such as those done with the Jungle Gym XT, demand more flexibility and balance than other exercises, and they result in improved health and fitness. Body weight resistance training also improves your proprioception - your ability to sense the position of your body and limbs in space - resulting in better sports and training performance.</p> <p>The unique split anchor design allows users to quickly and easily adjust the forces on the body by changing the width of the system. With this versatility, you can perform a countless number of exercises while targeting more specific muscle groups and improving core strength, flexibility and muscular power.</p> <p>The Jungle Gym XT secure and adjustable buckle allows for quick change of strap length from 16” for chin-up/pull-up to 8’ feet for movement between exercises and positions. The ergonomic handles also incorporate an Easy-In Foot Cradle made from a non-slip comfortable rubber material.
