• Lightweight and Rugged. Advanced non-metal T3 polymer construction is engineered to be Lightweight with Superior Strength and Drop Tested to be the ultimate rugged lockbox. A unique Anti-Picking feature can be enabled from the interior to disable the front keyway and prevent the lock from being picked open.
• Dual Side Compression Latches combine with an inner rubber gasket to seal off the interior from environmental factors. LifePod has environmental protection to be airtight, dust proof, and floats in water.
• Powered by a 9V alkaline battery (not included) with a battery life of up to one year under normal use. LifePod can also be used without a battery and still function as a water resistant case. The front rubber keyhole cover disguises an integrated micro-USB port to power the unit in case of a dead battery.

The backlit LED capacitive keypad is touch activated, and provides entry of the master code and features quick press to lock action when locking. Vaultek engineered a proprietary material blend to provide lightweight characteristics with superior strength for the ultimate in impact protection. Dual side compression latches combine with an interior rubber gasket to seal off the interior from environmental factors. LifePods are water resistant with an IP-65 environment rating, airtight, dust proof, and float in water when loaded with up to 2lbs of weight. Powered by a 9V alkaline battery (not included),with a battery life of up to one year under normal use. LifePods do not require a battery to function as a weather resistant case, but a battery is required to enable the built-in lock system. The keypad features a battery status indicator for easy battery monitoring. An integrated micro-USB port is located beneath the front rubber cover can power the unit in the event of a dead battery.
