• Package Contents: 26 Bus Bars (required for 28 modules), 56 Wide Flange Nuts (Please note, we typically include extra hardware for "just in case" unexpected scenarios)

• Bus Bars Material: C11000 Copper Alloy; Finish: Plated with 6μm thick Nickel; Electrical Conductivity: >100 IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard)
• Wide Flange Nuts Material: 304 Stainless Steel; Thread: M5-0.8
• Please note, compared to any other flange nuts on the market, the flange of ACENBAY nuts is wider than typical DIN 6923 flange nuts and is similar width to OEM flange nuts. The FEA analysis (see the image of FEA pressure analysis) shows a better, uniform distribution of pressure on the terminal at 48 lb-in torque when the flange is wide. In addition, our flange nuts do not have serrations, which can cause damage to the sensor plate on the wiring harness side of the hybrid battery.
