Never use 0.6V - 3.0V trigger signal, since the MOS tube is not fully open at 0.6V - 3.0V, and the MOS will burn due to high-power output.<br /> Low level trigger voltage range: DC 0V - 0.6V. When trigger signal between 0V - 0.6V, the MOS breakover; when over 3V, the MOS close.
