Sous Vide Rack for safely holding the pouches before, during and after cooking. It ensures appropriate distance between the individual pouches for even warming. The sous vide rack is adjustable for different thicknesses of the pouches and collapsible to save space when not in use. Increases the capacity of the sous vide bath by 50%. The Lipavi sous vide rack ensures safe and efficient handling of the pouches and is the perfect companion to any sous vide immersion circulator like Anova, Nomiku, Sansaire, Polyscience, Supreme, Grant etc. Lipavi has racks that fit in Sous Vide Supreme and Demi and also Cambro tanks. Different Models will fit any Water Tank and Water Bath. Measure the space at the bottom of the water bath, reserve sufficient space for the immersion circulator, if applicable. The Lipavi racks are quality products made of stainless steel for many years of service. Please note: The racks are made from Stainless Steel 201 and serious rust should not occur. However, if left in the water bath between uses, brown stains may develop on stainless steel, especially on the welding points. This is common for all kitchen stainless steel qualities.
