• Please measure your nipple diameter before making the purhcase. This flange's Nipple tunnel diameter is 21 mm, suitable for mothers with nipple diameter 17-19 mm; Connects to Standard-sized bottles (All Medela, Ameda Bottles and small version of Spectra, Playtex, Gerber, Dr Brown bottles etc; But NOT wide-mouth bottles like Wide version of Spectra). Please purchase/Use a Standard-Wide bottle converter for Wide mouth bottles.

Requested by many speCtra pump users, Maymom develops this special kit just for speCtra users who have small nipple diameters. Spectra does not have this size of flange. It is only available from Maymom. <p><b>Trouble shooting:</b><br> No or low suction power - <br>(a) Please check to see if the valve/membrane is installed according to the instructions. During use, the plane of the white membrane should be perpendicular to the plane of the chest of the user. <br>(b) Alternatively, you can use spectra's duckbill in place of the yellow valve/white membrane if you prefer. <br>(c) You can put some coconut oil (make sure your baby is not allergic to it) on the areola before pumping.
