Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return the merchandise. We will gladly accept return/exchanges for any unopened items in new/unused condition within 90 days of purchase. Items that are opened, damaged, missing packaging materials (i.e., helmet box) or do not have an authorized RA# may be denied. Please contact Protec Customer Service via email through the CONTACT US form to receive your authorized RA#. Once the warehouse receives the item(s), a refund/exchange is typically processed within 2 business days. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment used. You may also request a refund in the form of a store credit. Please note, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
