The mini Heart Warmer Pillow provides concentrated, soothing relief. Buckwheat seeds are the preferred filling for therapy packs over rice and other grains and recommended by spas and salons as they retain a gentle moist heat longer. Best of all they are naturally fragrence-free, hypoallergenic and eco-friendly. Microwave for penetrating warmth to reduce stress, anxiety, stiff and sore muscles, aching joints, headaches, and arthritis pain. Chill in the freezer for a refreshing cold pack to soothe strained muscles, bruises, insect stings, hot flashes, and reduce inflammation and swelling. The cover is 100% plush polyester, and is removable and machine washable. Care: Remove cover from product. Machine wash cover, Cold. No bleach. Tumble dry cover on low heat. No iron. Do not wash buckwheat seed filling or 100% cotton liner. Use Instructions: Heat Therapy: Place therapy pack on a clean, microwave-approved ceramic or glass plate. Heat in microwave for 20 seconds on high setting. If not warm enough, continue heating in 10 second increments. WARNING: Do not overheat, risk of fire. Always touch-test before using. Cold Therapy: Place therapy pack inside a plastic sealed bag and place in freezer for 2 hours or more. Apply for up to 15 minutes to affected area. Repeat as necessary. Can be stored in freezer. Ages 3+. Requires adult supervision.
