This product contains 1% hydrocortisone which acts to reduce the inflammation associated with chapped lips. It acts to reduce the irritation produced by some of the ingredients in other lip balms. #1 Dermatologist Recommended lip balm. Specially formulated for all types of chapped lips. Gluten free. Not tested on animals.Active Ingredients: Hydrocortisone 1.0%
