Formulated with the same fine cosmetic grade polyester glitter in GlitterDust and suspended in an alcohol-free water based gel, which allows the artist to create fine lines and details. Great for highlights, body jewelry, tribal designs and henna designs. It has a highly pigmented coverage and is paraben free. Available in a variety of colors.<br><br>How to Use:<br><br>Draw GlitterMark onto the skin using the fine-tipped applicator. For fine lines, squeeze the bottle gently, for a thicker line apply more pressure.
