Rothco's 9362 Operator Tactical Cap is a baseball style cap with 6 reinforced air vent holes, a color matching poly adjustment strap and plastic buckle. A loop patch of 3.5" wide X 2" high is on the front and 1.25" X 1" is on the top of the cap. It matches Rothco's model 11781 and 11782 flag patches perfectly.
