The Pearce PG-K380 Grip Extension for Kahr P380 replaces the original base plate and internal locking plate. These units blend with with contours and texture of the handgun and have a factory appearancewhile providing comfort and control without sacrificing concealability. These extensions will add approximately 1/2" additional length and do not alter the capacity of the magazine.
