The Inov-8 F-Lite 230 features the F-Lite outsole, a sticky rubber compound which is designed to maximise running efficiency. The 230 features a 2 Arrow Shoc-Zone that raises the differential from heel to forefoot, gifting you additional cushioning and support. The upper features Met Cradle, which enhances the fit of the shoe whilst pulling it into place when slipped onto the foot, delivering the most comfortable, customised ride possible. It also adds significant shoe strength, supporting the upper to help you keep going mile after mile.
