This Left-Handed Hook Knife from Flexcut has a curved blade, like a U gouge or sweep, but with an inline, knife style handle. It is designed for working in hollows with ease and especially to aid with fast stock removal from concave areas. Left-Handed carvers should choose a left-handed tool to cut towards themselves and a right-handed tool to cut away from themselves. Ergonomic ash handle and high carbon steel blade make this another solid addition to Flexcut's line of purpose built carving tools.
