If replacement is necessary, we do reserve the right to replace your furniture with similar product if your item has been discontinued from our line. This warranty is valid only in the continental united states. You will need your dated sales receipt to initiate your warranty claim; it will also be helpful to have your delivery ticket, as the warranty period begins at the time you receive the product in your home. This warranty does not cover damage such as that caused by abuse, misuse, ordinary wear, failure to follow directions, accidents of any type or improper maintenance.
