intelino Smart Train Starter Set: Award-Winning Robot Toy Train; App-Based + Screen-Free Drive Modes; 3 Free Apps for Playing and Learning; Programmable with Color Tiles, Scratch & Python; for Ages 3+
Intelino J-1 Smart Train is designed to captivate and teach. It engages your children, helping them get smarter and develop coding / STEM skills while having fun. Younger kids from ages 3+ can start playing with intelino screen-free, just like with a regular toy train. Our smart train is compatible with most of the traditional wooden train sets - kids can mix and match their wooden trains and tracks from BRIO, IKEA, Thomas & Friends and many others with intelino (wooden track adapters are sold in a separate kit). Intelino extends the playtime experience kids already love to a whole another level of fun and interactivity! In no time, even the youngest of children will start learning to control the smart train's routes, speed, timing and other train functions using small colored tiles that easily snap on and off the intelino tracks. The train's sensors read the colors of the tiles on the tracks which enable 17 commands that work right out of the box. This screen-free play mode keeps kids engaged and they don't even realize that they are learning basic coding concepts. The interactive fun extends even further with the free intelino mobile app (available on iOS and Android). Kids get to master their driving skills in Autopilot and Manual modes, race around the track with top speeds of up to 3.3 ft/sec (100 cm/sec). They can also use the app to create custom commands in the Snap Editor and extend the basic set the train knows already. The progressive learning through play builds children's confidence and prepares them to take another step in developing their coding skills - programming the intelino train with Scratch. It is easy, captivating and fun! Using our free intelino extension for Scratch 3.0, kids can advance their mastery of coding, from basic to advanced, while playing with trains! Sounds like fun?
