The Metal Earth models are amazingly detailed etched models that are fun and satisfying to assemble. Each model starts out as 4 inch square metal sheets and you simply pop out the pieces using wire cutters and follow the included directions to assemble your model. The Tarantula comprises a group of more than 900 types of often hairy and very large arachnids. Most species of tarantulas are not dangerous to humans and some species have even become popular in the exotic pet trade. Their prey includes insects, rodents and even small birds. In the wild, female tarantulas can live more than 30 years. The model is 2.75x3.35x0.7 inches when built. Difficulty level: Moderate. No glue or solder needed.
