IF SKYPE FOR BUSINESS IS NEEDED, YOU WILL NEED TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE FIRMWARE MANUALLY. FIRMWARE IS AVAILABLE ON YEALINK'S WEBSITE. YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO CONTACT YEALINK TO ACQUIRE THE SKYPE FOR BUSINESS LICENSE BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON THEIR WEBSITE. HAVING A PROFESSIONAL INSTALL AND ACTIVATE SKYPE FOR BUSINESS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
