Keep your knives razor sharp with this Wusthof two-stage sharpener designed specifically for the narrower-blade geometry of Asian-style knives. Use the coarse, carbide-steel slot to set a new edge (for extremely dull knives) and the fine, ceramic slot to polish and finish the edge. To use, simply place the sharpener on a secure surface, grasp the handle, and pull the knife through the desired coarse or fine slot. A few pulls are all that's necessary to achieve a sharp edge.
