Woods 50016 Outdoor Digital Block Heater Timer, 24-Hour. Set timer to supply electricity to your vehicle’s engine block heater 2 to 3 hours before your typical morning departure. After plugin - "C" prompts setting current time, push HOUR button to advance through the 24-hr day to the closest half-hour, touch PROGRAM to set time. After time is set, "P" will flash to set block heater start time each day (2-3 hrs before commute); Push the HOUR button to advance and PROGRAM to set. Flashing "E" prompts to set block heater auto-shutoff time for daily departure; Push the HOUR button to advance and PROGRAM to set; Time will display. When timer is allowing electricity to flow, 0 displays on the screen; If not - current time will be displayed; Settings erased if power is interrupted. CSA certified for outdoor use, typically used to warm engine blocks on vehicles. May also be used with circulation-type heaters and programmed to suit personal schedule.
