• PERFECT CONSISTENT THIN STRIPS EVERY TIME - The Thin Rip Jig functions as a precise stop positioned ahead of the saw blade in your table saw's miter slot. Instead of adjusting your fence for each cut, simply move your workpiece closer to the blade for perfectly identical thin strips. Laser-engraved inch and metric scales provide ultra-accurate repeatability.
• SAFER MORE CONTROLLED CUTTING - Cutting thin strips on the offcut side eliminates pinch points, kickback hazards, and inconsistent cuts caused by blade deflection. The dual bearing system provides smooth, low-friction material guidance, reducing resistance while keeping each strip uniform. No need to constantly measure or adjust, just lock in your setting once and start cutting.
• EASY SETUP & UNIVERSAL COMPATIBILITY - The ThinRip Guide fits any table saw with a 3/8" x 3/4" miter slot with a T-slot, from portable jobsite saws to industrial cabinet saws. Achieve strip thicknesses as fine as 1/32" (or even thinner if the material allows) and up to 1-1/4" wide. Simple calibration: bring the bearings to the saw tooth, adjust the scale once, and you're ready for effortless repeat cuts.
• HOW TO USE - Insert the ThinRip Guide into the miter slot a few inches before the blade and lock it in place. Set your desired strip thickness using the laser-engraved scale and lock the setting. Position your workpiece against the bearings and lock your fence so your material just touches the guide. Make the cut and repeat as needed. Each strip will be identical to the first.
