This exclusive box set contains some of Hugo Wolf s<br>most notable works including his collections of Mörike-Lieder<br>and Eichendorff Leider.<br> Great singers have long been associated with the name of<br>Hugo Wolf; before World War II Walter Legge was the<br>inspiration behind the Hugo Wolf Society edition which<br>still remains a benchmark for the performance of Lieder. His<br>wife, Elisabeth Schwarzkopf, and Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau<br>have long been icons in the performance of Lieder and those<br>of Wolf in particular.
