This golden berry from northern Sweden has been brought to American shores by Hafi of Sweden, using <b>Wild Swedish Cloudberries</b>. Also known as the <i>Baked Apple Berry</i> for its burnished, orange-yellow color, Cloudberries are an exclusive Artic delicacy.
