Having brought their esoteric Funk leanings to Prince & The Revolution through their purple reign in the early '80s, Wendy Melvoin and Lisa Coleman split to pursue their own maverick musical path in 1986. Their self-titled debut saw the duo at their most creatively daring and typically eclectic - ranging from Minneapolis Funk to Jazz Fusion and acoustic balladry. Featured on this Special Edition CD are the original album containing the singles 'Waterfall', 'Sideshow' and 'Honeymoon Express', plus bonus tracks include hard-to-find 12" mixes of all the album's singles.
