• REPLACEMENT SENSOR VALVE KIT: Designed for use on branched hot water lines coming from the water heater or at the furthest point in the home, the Watts Premier Replacement Sensor Valve Kit ensures that hot water gets to all areas of the home. It is exclusively compatible with Watts Hot Water Recirculation Systems, models 500800, 500805 and HWRS-WH. It is not designed to be used with a dedicated return line to the water heater.
• INTEGRAL COMPONENT: The sensor valve is an integral part of the hot water recirculating system; it opens when the water on the hot water side cools, pushes the cool water back to the water heater, and closes when the hot water line hits 98º F, reducing wait time for hot water.
• SIMPLE DESIGN: Equipped with two 12" supply lines, two reducing fittings from 1/2" FTP to 3/8" MPT, and two mounting screws, this Sensor Valve Kit has a simple design that makes it easy to install and replace, requiring no additional components. It can also be installed parallel to existing sensor valves to increase the speed of water recirculation.
• INDOOR ONLY: Suitable for use with all types of pipes, this sensor valve is meant only for indoor use on standard tank water heaters in residential buildings; it is not compatible with tankless water haters or for outdoor applications.
