For others, though, Pete Franklin and his band of merry men were pure, unadulterated Metal, workmanlike and no nonsense in an effective manner. Signed to Shades records - run out of and owned by London's most prestigious import record store - the band released the Warrior in 1984 to positive critical acclaim. The Warrior has been unavailable for quite a while and that makes this opportunity to re-connect with this particular recording a very welcome one indeed.
