Action cameras like the GoPro are a great way to capture high definition video while you're engaged in physical activities like biking, snowboarding or playing sports. If you own a waterproof case for your action camera, you can even use it while SCUBA diving or engaging in other watersports. This Vivitar floating hand grip is designed for use with any action camera and prevents the camera from sinking if it's dropped while being used in the water. The hand grip features a mount with a standard ¼" screw to attach the camera directly. The mount can be tilted up or down to adjust the angle to your liking, as well. Additionally, the camera mount can be completely removed to accommodate the twin mounting brackets found on many GoPro waterproof housings. The handle of this item is hollow and waterproof, and serves two purposes. You can store small personal items like keys or money in it and, in the event that the hand grip is dropped while you're in the water, it will float to the surface. Its base is bright yellow to make it easy to spot, too. The floating hand grip also includes an adjustable wrist strap which keeps the camera close by while still allowing the use of both hands.
