Water Effects is a dense gel, perfect for shallow water on coloured grounds, and especially apt for rivulets and white water. This product can be shaped to create waterfalls, waves, ripples and ice and can be mixed with one another, or with the colors of Model Color, Game Color or Model Air. It applied with a brush, a painting knife, sponge or any other tool.<br><br>Drying time depends on the thickness of the applied product and the humidity of the atmosphere, and can vary from 45 minutes to hours or even days.
