The Racquet Weight is made out of a highly durable neoprene material that will stretch just enough to securely wrap around any standard racquet while providing enough cushion to protect your racquet from damage. Inside each Racquet Weight is carefully weighted "soft iron". This evenly distributed weight feels like a heavy sponge providing just enough weight to help you stretch and warm up.
