• COMPATIBLE with Amazon Cloud Cam. This mount is not compatible with other security cameras. (If you are using Amazon Key to unlock your door, then you will need to use the long cable that is included with Cloud Cam rather than the short cable that is included with this mount.)
• PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS that are included with this mount (to securely attach the Cloud Cam to the mount and outlet). Some customers have noted loose fits due to attaching the Cloud Cam to the locking disk backwards or plugging the power adapter into the wrong hole. Please follow the instructions to avoid these issues. If you are not fully satisfied, we would be happy to provide a “no questions asked” refund.
