• Simple mix ratio of 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener makes it easy to get a proper, moisture-resistant cure every time, especially using TotalBoat 2:1.
• Kit includes calibrated resin and hardener pumps that provide the precise ratio of 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener for a proper cure and great results every time. Pumps are not compatible with other marine 2:1 epoxy systems.

TotalBoat High Performance 2:1 Epoxy Kits contain TotalBoat High Performance 2:1 Epoxy Resin and your choice of 2:1 Fast, Medium, or Slow Hardeners for fast wet out and a resilient finish that's noticeably clearer than traditional 5:1 epoxy resin systems-ideal for clear coating applications and hand layups that enhance wood's natural beauty or the interesting woven textures of carbon fiber fabric. The High Performance 2:1 system also cures with slightly better flexibility than traditional 5:1 epoxy resin systems so it's especially suitable for wooden boats that flex during use or with temperature and humidity changes. <p> The three hardener choices let you control working properties and cure times to suit your particular conditions. 2:1 Slow Hardener is best for warmer conditions and has the longest working and cure times. At 77°F, gel time is 40 minutes & full cure is 5 days. 2:1 Medium Hardener is ideal for most common applications. At 77°F, gel time is 25 minutes & full cure is 3.5 days. 2:1 Fast Hardener is for use in cooler conditions and has the fastest cure and shortest pot life. At 77°F, gel time is 10 minutes & full cure is 2 days. The 2:1 Hardeners are also compatible and can be combined with each other to adjust cure times further.
