This organizer offers an easy and convenient way of sorting and storing your sockets regardless of drive size. Two rows of sizing bolts with easy to read labels - metric and SAE - help to quickly identify the size of sockets. This organizer measures the size of sockets inside the tool, so all makes and brands can get sized. And this is how it works: - Place socket on sorting bolt - Does not fit? Try next smaller bolt - Loose fit? Try next bigger bolt - Slides on with tight fit? This is it - done! Read the size on the label next to the bolt. It works with any drive size and with short and long sockets. Sockets are stored on their side in the tray for the organizer to keep a low profile. The organizer measures only 7.9" x 8.25" x 0.6" after removal of the packaging hanger but is large enough to hold for example 20 short and 10 long sockets. Please note that there are no clips or magnets to hold sockets in place in this organizer. The tray is portable to get your tools to wherever you need them, but sockets will fall out if you turn the organizer upside down.
