This intelligent outgoing phone block hides an electronics behind a regular phone faceplate and allows the owner to retain full control of the outgoing phone calls. It can block outgoing calls to long distance numbers (1+) or operator calls (0+). Add up to 30 telephone numbers or area codes to the 'allow memory' to allow unrestricted dialing. Call cut-off timer feature will allow you to set a time limit (1-99 minutes) per phone call (timer works on both incoming and outgoing calls). Owner by-pass code disable restrictions.
