Captain James McDonnel , an F-16 pilot in the US Air Force, is chosen to be part of a special test program along with two other pilots.<br />The special task force was chosen to test a new unmanned delivery system. It was a new cyber system capable of replacing pilots to carry out specialized missions. A system that can think and re-act without human interaction. A system that would put the US Air Force years ahead of its enemies.<br /><br />The tests are nearing completion when Ed Davies, the project’s designer, discovers a critical design flaw that someone is trying to exploit. Ed’s cry of alarm is ignored and he is ordered to make a temporary fix to the programming so the tests can be completed.<br /><br />Mike, the young store manager at REI Sporting Goods in Pittsburgh, is wrapping up a busy week at the store as he prepares for a week’s vacation with his girlfriend, Jennifer.<br />But Jennifer has other plans. With his plans ruined, he agrees to go with two of his friends, Rob and John, on a cycling trip to Ohiopyle State Park for a week of outdoor fun. <br />They meet Rachael and her two friends, Kelly and Beth, when they arrive at the park.<br /><br />Mike’s week of exciting possibilities soon turns to a desperate attempt to survive when a series of unexplainable horrific events occur. The two groups band together for a terrifying journey home. A journey that soon brings them face to face with The Dark Side, something more terrifying than the devastating event that changed their world forever.<br />
