Only running one year, the duo opted out of another season as they felt somewhat torn between doing a weekly TV show and their recording career. Being accomplished musicians first and foremost, the show ended. Dick Clark took over the production for the last half of the season, which meant more C&T music as well as a diverse list of musical guests. Now, nearly 30 years since it originally aired, Captain & Tennille can do that to you one more time...this time on DVD! <P>DISC 1 begins with the first show from September 1976. Also included are C&T song favorites LONELY NIGHT and SHOP AROUND, plus Toni duets with John Travolta! Featured guests Penny Marshall, Bob Hope, Ron Howard, Leonard Nimoy and Andy Griffith add to the mix.
