The Brothers

Two brothers, one worldly and dissolute and one youthful and inexperienced. After the death of their father Chris inherits a substantial business and the family home, while Jeff inherits nothing. To make matters worse Chris marries Jeff’s ex-girlfriend leaving Jeff bitter and resentful. There is a very public fight after their father’s funeral and the gap between the two brothers grows and deepens. <br />Chris works hard and tries to reconcile with his brother but is oblivious to his brother’s plotting and scheming. Finally Jeff makes his move intending to take everything that his brother has worked hard for: the business, his home and his wife. The result is an act so dreadful that nothing can ever be the same again. <br /> <br />
