<p>Place them into the housing to prevent fogging in all weather conditions.</p> <p>They are made of absorbent silica paper.</p> <p>You get 12 reusable inserts to keep you fog free for YEARS</p> <b>Compatibility</b>Inserts are compatible with GoPro® Hero4, Hero3+, Hero3, Hero2 cameras. <p></p> <br>-Hero2 Owners - Place 1 insert on each side of the camera. <br>- Hero3 Owners - Place 2 inserts in the bottom. <br>- Hero3+/Hero4 Owners - Place 2 inserts in the bottom. <p><b>How To Use</b></p> <br>- Cut inserts along perforation (do not tear, this will cause dust) <br>- Initially, bake Inserts at 300F (150C) for 5 minutes in the oven to activate. <br>- Place into the housing, the extras into a Ziplock bag. <br>- Make sure the camera is fully sealed. <br>- Inserts can be used 4-5 times before needing re-baked. <br>- Keep away from children, these should not be ingested.
