Mance Lipscomb was a superb singer and guitarist from Navasota, TX. Discovered in 1960 at the age of 65, he had a wealth of material in his repertoire including blues, spirituals, pop songs, traditional ballads and more. This CD features 22 great tracks recorded in 1960 and 1964. Comes with a booklet including extensive notes.
