Making pho from scratch is usually a day-long process but we've designed this kit to make a classic favorite in just 45 minutes. We keep our Pho noodle soup traditionally simple. Our vegetable-based broth is flavored with toasted whole spices, full of rice noodles, clean cilantro, sliced mushrooms, and diced tofu. Seasoned with lime juice, hoisin, and Sriracha sauces.
