This laser cut, black powder coated piece serves 2 main functions: 1) it covers the holes created after removal of the stock fender, and 2) it provides the means for mounting either of our two license plate bracket choices. The first option is a relatively common position, where the license plate is mounted at the very rear of the bike and it continues to extend over the back tire for a "rearward angle".
