Scantron Compatible Form 884-E 200 question forms. These forms are 8.5"x11" The center column on the back may also be used for writing in answers. These are double sided 1-100 on one side 101-200 on the other side. Alignment notch at top left corner allows for easy alignment of many papers at once. These forms have been fully tested in Scantron branded OCR scanning machines. The ink and paper is 100% compatible with Scantron branded scanning machines and will not affect any warranty.
