- Cable & Pulleys can hold up to 600 lbs.
- Allow a minimum of 12" from wall to unit. Must be mounted to center of Rafters for safe installation.
- Load Capacity: 100 lbs (can be increased depending on how Securely Fastened to Ceiling)
Exercises include 1 or 2 Arm Lat Pull downs, 1 or 2 Arm Tricep Extensions, Ab Crunches, Overhead Tricep Extensions and anything from a high pulley. Caution: Pulley System MUST be mounted securely onto ceiling Rafters that are in good condition, without flaws. Pre-drill holes for lag screws by using 3/16" drill. Periodically check screws for tightness.
