This is a great product for minimalist marathoners or triathletes that don't want safety pins ruining activewear! This race belt has 6 holders that carry your nutrition along with your race number. Fits waist size 30" through 60". How to use: Squeeze plastic toggle and remove black cord. Loop one end of cord around belt. Insert one end of cord through hole on bib. Squeeze toggle and insert both ends of cord into toggle hole. Repeat on the other side.
