Steen O'Mannon is a committed survivalist prepared to face any conceivable disaster scenario. He's a 44-year-old accountant living in Florida with his girlfriend and her daughter. Their idyllic lifestyle is turned upside down when a terrorist attack spawns a deadly virus outbreak. The highly-contagious virus breaks down the central nervous system and causes its victims to degenerate into violent aberrations of themselves. Nicknamed the 'zombie virus', it quickly spreads across the nation with no known cure despite the feverish efforts of the CDC. Sports arenas are turned into makeshift treatment centers after hospitals overflow. The number of victims spirals out of control and soon the streets are teeming with blood-thirsty zombies. Experts issue dire warnings that the entire U.S. population could be wiped out in a matter of weeks. <br /><br />Initially Steen and his family ride out the crisis at home living off their stored supplies. But when a family member contracts the deadly virus, Steen is thrust into Survival Mode. Clad in body armor and a Tyvek suit, he grabs his AR-15 and goes on the offensive. He launches his own war on terror when he learns of the existence of an antivirus. Steen shows no mercy when he takes on the terrorists in a desperate bid to find the antivirus and save his family.
